Return and exchange

One or more products of your order not a good fit or do not meet with your satisfaction? In such a case we shall be pleased to take back the unused goods free of charge within 14 days.
Please follow the steps explained below to return goods to us.

In Switzerland, goods can be returned via a logistics service provider of your choice at your cost.

Step 1: preparing to return unwanted goods

We are interested in your opinion. To make a qualified return easier for you, a return form is enclosed with your order on which you can state the reason for returning the goods.

We hope you will understand that unfortunately a note about exchange cannot be processed via this route. If you would like to receive the products in another size or colour, please place a new order with 0039italy-shop.com.

Please pack the products to be returned, where possible, in the original packaging.

Please pack the products in adequate packaging and enclose the completed return form in such packaging.

If you wish to re-use the original shipping carton, please remove or cover the original address sticker with your recipient data where possible in full.

Step 2: print return label

For returns throughout Germany you are provided with a return label for the cost-free return to 0039italy-shop.com here (forwarding to secure page of DHL).

For all return requests outside Germany we kindly ask you to inform us by email to info@0039italy-shop.com. 
We will send you then the return label for cost-free return via email.

In Switzerland and the UK the return shipment can be handled by a logistics service provider of your choice at your expense

Once you have completed all the relevant information on the DHL page, your return label will be sent to the stated e-mail address.

Please print the return label so that it can be easily read (ideally in DIN A4 format) and subsequently attach it firmly, and so that is it clearly visible, to your return consignment.

Step 3: handing in the package to a DHL branch or a DHL parcel shop

You can hand in the packed and labelled parcel at any DHL branch or any DHL parcel shop.

For your own re-insurance, we recommend that you keep in a safe place the receipt handed out to you or alternatively the stamped consignment voucher until you are provided with confirmation of receipt of the consignment at 0039italy-shop.com.
