Return and exchange

One or more products of your order not a good fit or do not meet with your satisfaction? In this case, we will gladly take back unworn goods within 14 days for a fee. We charge a service fee of €6 for each return within Germany and a fee of €18 for returns from all other countries.

Step 1: Preparing the return shipment

We are interested in your opinion. To make a qualified return easier for you, a return form is enclosed with your order on which you can state the reason for returning the goods..
We hope you will understand that unfortunately a note about exchange cannot be processed via this route. If you would like to receive the products in another size or colour, please place a new order with 0039italy-shop.com.
Please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging if possible. Pack the items in a suitable shipping container and enclose the completed return slip.
If you reuse the original shipping box, please remove or cover the original address label with your recipient details as completely as possible.

Step 2: Attach the return label

Please use the return label enclosed with your order. Attach it to the package in a clearly visible place.

Step 3: Handing in the package to a DHL branch or a DHL parcel shop

You can hand in the packed and labelled parcel at any DHL branch or any DHL parcel shop.
For your own re-insurance, we recommend that you keep in a safe place the receipt handed out to you or alternatively the stamped consignment voucher until you are provided with confirmation of receipt of the consignment at 0039italy-shop.com.
